Motorola needed a solution for tracking performance reviews of over 70,000 global employees. They had designed the specification of the new system in PowerPoint, but needed a solution to distribute it globally. Senior executives at Motorola headquarters in Schaumburg, IL were looking for an easy-to-use system that would collect and present performance evaluation data for their global employees. They had two types of performance evaluations to track: executive management and exempt employees. One more requirement, they had two weeks to bring it on-line!

The phase one data collection process was completed from concept to production in less than 2 weeks.
